If your Zephyr Ion is not functioning correctly, please first consult the instruction manual. There is a troubleshooting section at the end of the manual. Should the steps listed in the troubleshooting section of the manual not resolve the issue, please complete and submit a warranty claim via the form below. After the form has been submitted and your claim has been approved, you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

If your Ion is out of its warranty period, which is 2 years from the date of purchase, you may still use the below form; however, you will be responsible for the costs of repair. An estimate of repair costs will be provided after you have returned your Ion and the issue has been diagnosed.

A RMA number is required for all warranty claims or service requests. We cannot take responsibility for items returned without an RMA.
