Improved Zephyr Ion Quality Control

In keeping with our commitment to quality, we have spent a lot of time over the past year on improving the Ion’s quality control. We’re pleased to report that our efforts are paying off. Defect rates (something that we struggled with a bit initially) have fallen to under one percent for recent production runs. Although, this is great, it doesn’t mean that we plan to stop working on further quality control measures. Our goal is bring our customers the highest quality aromatherapy vaporizer on the market.

We’ve also updated the packaging for the Zephyr Ion. It now includes a liquid pad for use with essential oils, a sample of lavender so customers have an aromatic plant compound available for vaporization right out of the box, and an updated instruction manual.

    I really hope your quality control is good. I just bought my zephyer yesterday and it has already stopped heating up. I called the place where I purchased the vape. They are printing a receipt so I can email it to you guys. Please help I will be forever greatful. Thanks for your time

    I posted this ^ ten minutes ago, submitted warranty info and called the company. I just got a return phone call and they are sending me a return packing label to return the Ion for for repairs. Great job goes to the Zephyr team on the help. Thanks again for the speed on getting back to me!!!!
